7. Intellectual Property

8. Legal Compliance & Disclosure

- • Use platform-native paid partnership tools where available
- • Include #ad or equivalent disclosure prominently
- • Not make false or misleading claims about the product

9. Brand Safety & Conduct
Creator agrees to:
- •Not post content that is discriminatory, offensive, or illegal
- •Not engage in fraudulent activity (fake followers, engagement pods, etc.)
- •Notify Brand immediately of any controversy that may affect the campaign
- •Not make public statements disparaging the Brand during and for ___ months after the campaign
Brand reserves the right to:
- •Request removal of content that violates these terms
- •Terminate the agreement immediately if Creator's conduct damages Brand reputation
10. Confidentiality
- •Both parties agree to keep campaign details, pricing, and strategy confidential

11. Termination

12. Limitation of Liability
