Standard Operating Procedure

  1. •Use your standard planning tools to create a plan.
  2. •Learn the jira-ticket skill.
  3. •When the plan has been created, offer the user to create a ticket from the plan.
  4. •If the user opt-in to create a ticket, use the Question tool to ask the following questions:
    1. •Which epic should be used?
    2. •How many points? Choices: unpointed, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5 or 8
    3. •Which sprint? Choices: the active one, the next one, the backlog.
    4. •Assignee? Choices: me or unassigned.
  5. •If the following choices were selected, do not specify their corresponding option when calling the CLI:
    • •Points: unpointed
    • •Sprint: backlog
    • •Assgnee: unassigned.
  6. •Create ticket using the jira-ticket skill.
